I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner .   I provide support that amplifies the body’s natural ability to self-regulate! When you look at the root causes of health issues, and support the foundations of health (digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids, minerals, and hydration) through diet and lifestyle modifications, and balance out the body, many symptoms will begin to heal on their own. I specialize in nutritional therapy addressing blood sugar balance. I teach people with Type 2 Diabetes how to lower their blood sugar, improve their A1C and alleviate their symptoms naturally with targeted nutritional therapy. I love helping people learn to eat in a way where they get from meal to meal feeling full and satisfied, with reduced cravings for sugar and good energy and mental focus.

This is a 90 minute consult where we will take a full look into your past and current medical history as well as a 3-day food and mood journal and the results of a detailed Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire I will provide you with. We will dive into the root causes of your issues.

I will then provide you with recommendations to get started as well as a package for working together that will help you reach your goals.

The plan will address diet, nutritional deficiencies, lifestyle modifications, supplements, stress reduction, exercise and whatever else will help you reach your personal health goals.

  • Pre-Consultation paperwork: I will send you an email with several documents to complete including: A disclaimer, the Initial Interview Questionnaire, a 3-Day Food & Mood Journal, and a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire. You can bring any prior lab work but this is not necessary.

    1. Initial Consultation: During your initial 60-minute consultation, I listen to your goals, discuss your health history, analyze any recent nutrition-related labs, review your 3-day food journal, and Nutritional Assessment Questionarre. We’ll discuss nutrition and lifestyle factors like sleep, stress, and movement. You will receive a video recording of the call. 

    2. Custom Diet & Lifestyle Plan: During the call, I will provide you verbally with a customized diet and lifestyle plan and explain some of the imbalances and deficiencies that may be present to help you understand potential root causes and how to address them. 

    3. Supplements: I will also send you an individualized supplement protocol. 

    4. Follow-Ups: This plan includes three 60-minute follow up calls which must be used within 6 months of purchase. Additional follow-up visits are available for purchase.
